Hidden fee on insurance renewal

Renewed travel insurance. The website quoted 240 GEL but the actual charge was 282 GEL. The 42 GEL was an undisclosed 'service fee'.

Unable to cancel subscription via the website

The cancellation button leads to a 'contact support' form. The support form takes 3-5 business days. In the meantime I have been charged again for the next month.

Service downtime longer than advertised SLA

Service was down for 6 hours during business hours. The advertised SLA is 99.9% uptime, which would allow at most 8 hours per year — this single outage already exceeds 75% of that.

Logged in this morning and my account is locked. Email from yesterday says 'security review' with no further detail. Support says they 'cannot disclose' the reason.
