Pricing changed after I signed
The pre-approval letter quoted one rate. The signed agreement showed a different (higher) rate. Between those two dates I received no written notification of a change.
Customer service was unresponsive for two weeks
I submitted a support ticket regarding a billing issue. After two follow-up emails and one phone call I have received no substantive response in 14 days.
Product description didn’t match what arrived
What I purchased online doesn't match the description. The website said one thing; the actual product had different specifications and was missing two features that were prominently advertised.
Fees not disclosed at signup
Activation fee, monthly fee, transaction fee — none of which were on the signup page.
