Internet plan throttled below advertised speed

Subscribed to a 'unlimited 100 Mbps' plan. Speedtests over 30 days show 8-15 Mbps consistently between 6pm and midnight. Three support tickets were closed with 'no issue detected'.

Order delivered late and incomplete

Promised same-day delivery; arrived 2 days later. Two of the four items were missing from the package and substituted without my approval.

Wrong item shipped — return process broken

Wrong item shipped. Return-shipping label was 'unavailable' for 4 days. Eventually had to pay return shipping out-of-pocket.

Customer service was unresponsive for two weeks

I submitted a support ticket regarding a billing issue. After two follow-up emails and one phone call I have received no substantive response in 14 days.

Service downtime longer than advertised SLA

Service was down for 6 hours during business hours. The advertised SLA is 99.9% uptime, which would allow at most 8 hours per year — this single outage already exceeds 75% of that.
