Mortgage rate quoted differently than what I signed
The pre-approval letter quoted 9.2% APR. The actual mortgage agreement I signed had 10.4%. The clerk verbally said 'rate moved' but I never received a written notice between pre-approval and signing.

ATM ate my card and refused refund — fixed by branch visit

Withdrawal limit reduced without notice

Hidden fee on insurance renewal
