On April 8 my daily ATM withdrawal limit dropped from 1,000 GEL to 400 GEL with no notification. Needed cash for a medical visit. No email, SMS, or app alert preceded the change.

Thanks for raising this, David. The limit change followed a fraud-prevention rule. We should have notified you in advance — that is on us. Limit is restored.

Thanks for the response. However my limit is still showing 400 GEL on the app — could you double-check?
