Write a reviewFast and easy approval, but customer support is slow
Applied online on a Saturday evening, got approval Monday morning. The whole process was smooth. The only frustration was follow-up support — calling them about a small documentation question took 25 minutes on hold. Otherwise great.

Solid but pricey
Premium card with travel insurance and lounge access — useful if you fly more than 4-5 times a year. Otherwise the annual fee outweighs the perks.

Used to love it. Recent UX changes made it slower and clunkier. Hope they revert some of it.
