Shavi Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and cafe founded in Tbilisi in 2021, when in-house roasting was still rare in the city. Established by a team of friends from the US and France who settled in Georgia, Shavi roasts its own beans and operates several venues, including a bright loft-style Vera cafe and a garage roastery with a shaded courtyard on Asatiani Street in Sololaki. It is regarded as one of Georgia’s leading specialty coffee names. For a roastery and cafe, bean quality, consistent roasting and the in-cup experience are what guests come back for.
