Shavi Coffee Roasters is a Tbilisi specialty roaster founded in 2021, focused on single-origin coffees and direct relationships with farmers. Its filter range includes lots such as Colombia Tolima Tres Rayas Gaitania Natural and Colombia Popayan Decaf, sourced from Colombia, Ethiopia, Guatemala and beyond.
Beans are organised by tasting profile, from Fruit Bomb and Juicy to Sweet Tooth, Sour Candy and Experimental, with each lot roasted for pour-over and filter brewing.
