OKRO Coffee Roastery is a coffee roastery, cafe and bakery on Iakob Nikoladze Street in Tbilisi’s Vera district, opened in late 2023. It roasts beans on-site from origins such as Guatemala, Colombia and Ethiopia, and serves espresso, cold brew and hand-brewed coffee. The kitchen, led by an in-house pastry chef, turns out baked goods and savoury plates such as flourless chocolate cake and quiches. Its industrial-chic interior pairs graffiti art with heritage Caucasian carpets and is comfortable for working on a laptop, making it a relaxed spot in one of the capital’s most walkable neighbourhoods.
