Baba Bakery is an artisan bakery and specialty coffee shop on Ivane Machabeli Street near Freedom Square in central Tbilisi. Led by pastry chef Eugene Tarasov, its team bakes croissants, chaussons, cruffins, pain suisse and kouign-amann fresh in-house each morning, alongside savoury pastries.
