Pulp is a family-run cafe-bakery on Simon Janashia Street in Tbilisi’s Vera district, open since 2019. It bakes fresh sourdough and laminated pastries in-house every morning, with a pastry program known for croissants, danishes, pain suisse and cardamom buns. Alongside its bakery counter, Pulp runs a full breakfast kitchen with rotating specials, a specialty coffee program and a selection of natural wines, and is a pet-friendly spot popular with locals and expats.
