Puri Guliani is a contemporary Georgian cafe and bakery on Saarbrucken Square, next to the pedestrianised stretch of Aghmashenebeli Avenue in Tbilisi. The loft-style space centres on a large open oven where khachapuri and Georgian pastries are baked in view of guests. It is especially known for its fluffy ponchiki filled donuts and Adjarian khachapuri, and draws crowds for brunch on its riverside patio overlooking the Mtkvari. Pairing a modern setting with traditional Georgian baking, it has become a recognised brunch destination in the city.
