Puri Guliani Artisan Bread & Bakery

Puri Guliani is an Old Town bakery and kitchen on Saarbrucken Square whose name means “bread with a heart.” Its open kitchen turns out freshly baked artisan loaves, croissants and the house “Guliani” pastries alongside a full brunch and lunch menu.

Signature baked items include Adjarian khachapuri, four-cheese khachapuri, lobiani, almond and chocolate croissants, cinnamon rolls and ponchiki (filled fried dough). The bakery pairs traditional Georgian dough work with European brunch plates served on its own bread.
