Tsolikouri is a white grape variety native to western Georgia that Pheasant’s Tears vinifies in its natural, qvevri-focused style. Wines are hand-harvested with extended skin maceration, no fining or filtering, and low to no added sulphur.
The wine is part of the broad portfolio of Pheasant’s Tears, which works with Rkatsiteli, Saperavi, Tsolikouri and hundreds of other indigenous Georgian varieties. Bottles are available at the Sighnaghi cellar and restaurant and through export partners.
