Restaurant Funicular is the flagship dining venue of the Funicular Complex atop Mtatsminda, housed in a 1938 architectural landmark reached by cable car. It serves seasonal Georgian menus curated by the complex’s brand chef.
The kitchen is built on classic Georgian recipes — handmade khinkali, Adjarian khachapuri, mtsvadi grilled over grapevine and seasonal pkhali — paired with wines from family cellars in Kakheti and Kartli, served with panoramic views over Tbilisi.
