The Georgian Bistro is one of the four conceptually distinct venues within the Funicular Complex, offering a more relaxed, casual dining format focused on Georgian cuisine. It complements the formal flagship restaurant and banquet ballroom.
Set within the historic Mtatsminda building, the bistro lets guests enjoy traditional Georgian dishes in a less formal setting while still taking in the views.
