Matasse 1822 (La Desserte Royale) is a French-style patisserie and dessert cafe on Vertskhli Street in Old Tbilisi. Named after Antoine Matasse, a French baker who once lived and worked in the city, it was opened by a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef-owner.
