The General Surgery department at the K. Eristavi National Center of Surgery covers abdominal, endocrine, septic and proctologic surgery, with operating theatres equipped with latest-generation laparoscopic sets and modern surgical instruments.
Minimally invasive laparoscopic techniques are used where possible to shorten recovery, supported by modern post-operative wards. The department works alongside the center’s Emergency Department for urgent surgical cases.
