Lost Ridge Inn is Living Roots Travel’s own eco-retreat in Eastern Georgia (Kakheti, near Sighnaghi), opened in 2018 as a joint venture with MIR Corporation. It unites a boutique six-room hotel, a three-barrel craft microbrewery, an outdoor fire kitchen, a horse ranch and a terrace cafe.
The on-site brewery produces small batches of Belgian-inspired Tripels, Farmhouse Saisons and Pacific Northwest-style IPAs, making it a distinctive stay for guests exploring the wine and horseback-riding country of Kakheti.
