Signature Khachapuri & Georgian Breads

Khachapuri is the signature dish at Gabriadze Cafe, the Old Town cafe opened in 1995 beside the marionette theatre and its leaning clock tower. The bakery menu also features pies, mchadi (cornbread) and a favourite cornbread bagel with cheese.

Cooking is traditional Georgian and the menu names are written in the playful, humorous style of artist and founder Rezo Gabriadze, served amid hand-painted theatrical interiors.
