Café Littera New Georgian Dining

Café Littera is the flagship restaurant of chef Tekuna Gachechiladze, a pioneer of ‘new Georgian’ cuisine that fuses traditional flavours with contemporary international techniques. It is set in the courtyard of the historic Georgian Writers’ House in central Tbilisi.

The restaurant offers separate day and evening menus, both built around creative reinterpretations of Georgian dishes. Café Littera is featured on the World’s 50 Best Discovery list, marking it as one of the city’s defining fine-dining experiences.
