Café Littera is the flagship restaurant of chef Tekuna Gachechiladze, a pioneer of ‘new Georgian’ cuisine that fuses traditional flavours with contemporary international techniques. It is set in the courtyard of the historic Georgian Writers’ House in central Tbilisi.
