Hand-Pinched Khinkali

Khinkali is one of Amo Rame’s most recognised dishes, hand-pinched in the kitchen and served alongside the cafe’s Georgian and international plates. The restaurant is run by the family of Georgian artist Levan Kharanauli, whose paintings hang on the walls.
