Pulp is a Tbilisi specialty coffee shop founded in 2019 that has become known for its laminated dough baked in-house. The signature range features cardamom buns, triple-chocolate pain suisse and pistachio cream pastries with raspberry jam.
The kitchen also turns out a rotating daily special and house sourdough, making the bakery counter a draw alongside the coffee.
