Sales AI is the conversational-AI product built on the technology Pulsar AI developed in Tbilisi. Using machine learning and natural language processing, it communicates with online vehicle shoppers, answers vehicle-specific, trade-in and financing questions, and schedules appointments without human involvement, including outside business hours.
Pulsar AI was acquired by Impel in 2021 — the first foreign acquisition of a Georgian tech company — and its R&D, product and engineering teams remain based in Tbilisi. The technology now powers Impel’s automotive Communication Suite.
