Polo One is one of the completed townhouse complexes in the Polo Villas quarter in Batumi, developed by Polo Construction. The company was among the first in Georgia to offer townhouse-format housing.
The townhouses are built with monolithic frame construction and finished with porcelain stoneware cladding, offering efficient two-to-three-story layouts within a shared, amenity-rich quarter.
