The Emoney digital wallet is a multicurrency e-wallet that supports GEL, USD, EUR, Russian rouble, Armenian dram and Azerbaijani manat. Through it users pay utility bills, top up mobile balances, send and receive money to and from Georgian bank accounts, and access more than 500 payment services.
Users can also receive international and domestic remittances remotely, make in-person ATM withdrawals, run P2P transfers, buy gift cards from international brands and use a gambling wallet to top up or cash out at licensed sites.
The wallet is the core of the eMoney platform, which Emoney says serves more than 2 million private and business users. Per-service fees vary and are shown in the app.
