Old City Panorama II is the second phase of Apart Development’s Old City Panorama complex, located at Gamtsemlidze #29 in Old Tbilisi. It is currently under active construction and on sale, with completion targeted for 2026.
The phase continues the premium-class positioning of the original project, extending the developer’s presence in the historic center of Tbilisi.
