The client sets priorities and provides support, while delivery accountability and day-to-day management sit with Andersen.
PDS is positioned as the firm’s most adjustable and iterative model, built for building products end to end rather than augmenting an existing team. Andersen reports a workforce of over 3,500 specialists across 16+ locations and 1,000+ delivered projects.
