Through the year Poliphonia hosts pop-up events and winemaker-led tastings in its vaulted-cellar space. These sessions pair natural Georgian wines with special menus and give guests direct contact with the producers behind the bottles.
The programme rotates, so each event has its own line-up of wines and dishes rather than a fixed format.
