Open the company or product page on Fair Business and click Write a review. You’ll be guided through a short form — pick the product, rate it across our 5 criteria (description match, value, quality, communication, service), and write a few sentences explaining your experience.

Reviews are moderated within 24 hours. Once approved, they go live on the company’s profile.

Reviews are rejected when they don’t meet our content policy. Common reasons:

  • Personal attacks, insults, or unsupported accusations
  • Personal information about staff (names, phone numbers)
  • Off-topic or unrelated to the product
  • Promotional or fake reviews

You’ll always receive an email with the specific reason, and you can edit and resubmit your review.

A review is your opinion of a product or service — a star rating plus a few sentences. All customer reviews are calculated to determine the product’s final rating.

A complaint is a form of dispute resolution. It requires evidence (purchase date, location, screenshots), goes through admin moderation, and the company has exactly 2 public replies to resolve it. If unresolved after 2 replies, the complaint auto-closes as Unsolved.

The FairBusiness score reflects the percentage of resolved complaints. This rating applies to companies only, showing how fair a company is.

Once admin-approved, the company has 7 days for the first public reply. They get a maximum of 2 replies total. If both are used and the issue isn’t resolved, the complaint auto-marks as Unsolved — which lowers the company’s Fair Business score.

Yes. When filing you can mark it Public (appears on the company’s profile) or Private (only you, the company, and our moderators see it). You can change this any time before resolution.

Sign up for an account, visit your company’s existing public page, and click Claim this business. You’ll need to:

  • Provide proof of ownership (business registration, official email)
  • Wait for admin verification (typically 1–2 business days)
  • Complete payment for your subscription plan

Once activated, you can manage your profile, reply to reviews, and respond to complaints.

No. Companies cannot edit or delete user-submitted reviews — that’s core to staying fair. You can reply publicly to any review and your reply appears directly under the original.

If you believe a review violates our content policy, report it through admin contact and we’ll investigate.

Your Fair Business score is a single number out of 10: (resolved complaints / total complaints) × 10.

Example: 100 complaints with 95 resolved = 9.5/10. Score updates in real time as complaints close.

Go to My account → Profile, click Change next to your email, and enter the new one. We’ll send a verification link to the new address. Once you click it, the change takes effect.

Yes. My account → Profile → Delete my account. Your reviews and complaints will be anonymized but kept for legal records (7 years per GDPR). Companies will see “Anonymous user” instead of your name.
