Caucasus Online owns and operates a roughly 1,200 km submarine fiber-optic cable laid across the bottom of the Black Sea, providing a direct fiber link from Europe to the Caucasus region. The cable was built by Tyco Electronics (now TE SubCom).
The company leases capacity on this cable to carriers needing direct, high-quality international connectivity for Georgia, the wider Caucasus and onward to the Caspian region and Middle East.
