Cavea IMAX is the only IMAX cinema in Georgia, operating at the East Point location since 2014. The auditorium seats more than 400 people and uses a giant, wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling curved screen that delivers noticeably more image than a standard hall.
The format pairs IMAX’s digitally remastered (DMR) picture with a precisely tuned multi-channel sound system, so blockbuster releases shot or finished in IMAX play the way the filmmakers intended.
