Georgian Water and Power (GWP) supplies drinking water to Tbilisi and Mtskheta, serving about 510,000 customers, of which roughly 480,000 are residential and 30,000 are commercial objects.
Water is sourced from underground intakes in the Aragvi Gorge and from surface intakes at the Zhinvali reservoir and Tbilisi Sea, treated at the Grmaghele and Samgori facilities, and distributed through a network of roughly 3,600 kilometers ranging from 13 mm to 1,400 mm in diameter.
GWP is part of Georgia Global Utilities and operates under tariffs regulated by GNERC.
