Pricing changed after I signed

The pre-approval letter quoted one rate. The signed agreement showed a different (higher) rate. Between those two dates I received no written notification of a change.

Thanks for the report. We've forwarded this to the relevant team and they're investigating.

That doesn't address the core issue — the product was sold to me damaged.

After review we are unable to honour the refund request. The 14-day window has elapsed.
